I did find a couple broken links both on there (and from the steam forums) to a mod that would address this but it apparently no longer exists There currently aren't any ways to utilize the console commands/cheats in the public branch of the game, but we are in the process of a private mod development! It will be a matter of time once that's available to the public and, I imagine, there will be some commands made available through that.
